It is in partnership that we experience the deepest love and sometimes the deepest loss. Through deep love we learn to grow as individuals, learn to set boundaries and ask for the things that we need. And during the times of loss, we navigate how to let go from one another, rebuild a new life and learn to take care of the life that we brought into this world together, under these new circumstances.
I work with couples experiencing both love and loss. For couples wanting to deepen their connection, we explore how two people’s stories can support one another rather than impede. We learn tools to strengthen the foundation, work through difficulties and find solutions, as well as devote time to deepening the partnership.
For couples going through divorce and post-divorce coparenting, we work on creating a plan for both you and your children that will allow for each person to feel peace as well as have the knowledge that you two have created a plan that is in the best interests of the children.
I am a student of all things related to the human experience and truly believe that one person’s healing has significant positive ripple effects.
Our bodies are messengers for our feelings and often, we need to find our way back into our physical body in order to find balance again. With a passion for understanding complex human behaviors, I work with adults, couples, and families looking to restore balance to their lives.
My process incorporates my academic and professional background in trauma informed therapy, EMDR, domestic violence, and somatic awareness with different therapy modalities to create a therapy experience that resonates with you.
I'm currently not accepting insurance but am happy to produce a superbill. I also offer a few sliding scale spots.
